JBD Veterans Unity — Free Membership Testing

Level 1 — 5-Person Website Testing Program

🟢 TESTING LEVEL: FREE MEMBERSHIP

Welcome to Level 1 of the JBD Veterans Unity Website Testing Program.

You will test the website as both a first-time visitor and a Free Member.

Please complete each test in order.

Do not skip ahead or upgrade your membership unless the testing instructions specifically tell you to do so.

We want your real experience.

If something is difficult to find, confusing, broken, or does not work the way you expected, please report it rather than asking for help immediately.

Your feedback will help us improve JBD Veterans Unity before full public launch.

Before You Begin

  • Make sure you know your Tester ID (Tester 01–Tester 05).

  • Begin the test while logged out of JBD Veterans Unity Connection Resources & Support when instructed.

  • Use two browser tabs throughout testing. Keep this Testing Instructions page open in one tab and open the page you are testing in a second tab. This will allow you to complete each test without losing your place in the instructions or on the page being tested.

  • Use the website naturally. Do not try to find the “correct” answer.

  • Take a screenshot if you encounter something confusing or broken.

  • Do not share passwords or sensitive personal information in your testing feedback.

  • If you encounter a serious payment, privacy, security, or membership-access problem, stop that portion of the test and report it.
